My five year old daughter is vying for my attention

over the ever present laptop and sewing machine.

Maiden Voyage into Winterland with Finders Keepers

Wow, i'm going to be part of the Winterland festival at Carriage Works! 

Come visit to see one of a kind quilts for pram and cot & great new lampshades - hand stitched.

Can't wait, what an extravaganza it's going to be; with everything to celebrate like

the european winter - ice skating, alpine cuisine, great market stalls with cool design,

live music and karaoke. 

I'll be there 29, 30 & 31 July

It goes for a month too, each thurs & fri 6pm to 10.30pm, sat 11am to 10.30pm

Rainy Weather Prompts Expansion into the wild yonder

Well, that's two Fox Studio markets i've missed because of the rainy weather.....

So i'm putting into action something i've been putting off, and that's the expansion of my Online Shop!

Bigger, better and you can shop in any weather.

What could be better than a little online shop while the rain pours, so keep tuned new quilts, cushions and more are in production especially for the online shop. Stuff that you can't see at the market!

Pram Quilts on Parade

New pram size quilts 84cm x 70cm, new ones' being made as we speak.....

cosy hemp/organic cotton fleece backing with bamboo wadding; all ready for walks on a brisk autumn morn.

Cinderella Pram Quilt

Just completed this pram quilt and it features this lovely cinderella fabric in purple, just love it. 

The purple and pink binding just pops with it!

Busy getting ready for Mathilda's Market this Sunday 2nd May at Riverview College, Lane Cove.

Loving making my new Pram Quilts and i just got a delivery of fabulous bias binding for them.

Just finished two new pram quilts in time for Allie's Attic tomorrow at Mosman.

Soft and warm backing in a great Hemp & Organic Cotton. There's a definite nip in the air tonight, so looking forward to making more of these little cuties.

from Sydney's own Kristen Doran.
